Information Systems (IS) Resources

Connect to AUXDATA using the Java production link or the Jinitiator 1.3.1.6.. Both have been reliable to use. Do NOT attempt to use the CITRIX application.

FSO-IS officers are not required to access to AUXDATA (Job Duties). Their role is to mentor their members and train their members on how to complete the mission reports correctly. They collect the membership activity reports, check them for problems and either enter them, or send them to the SO-IS.

FSO-IS officers who do not have/do not want AUXDATA access may use the online forms to enter their member's activities if their members do not have access to the Web. The SO-IS has pre-filled the online forms on this site with the Division number and the SO-IS's email address.

Using the online forms will ensure that there is an email record (on the FSO-IS or member's side) of the transaction and it will eliminate the delay/possible loss of papermail.

The SO-IS does not keep copies of activity reports. FSO-IS officers are not required to maintain these copies either. It is the member's responsibility to maintain a record of their activities.
