To assist Division members in completing mission reports, the SO-IS has pre-filled the National forms to include Division 22 and the SO-IS email address in the "Recipient" field. You can complete the forms online and the SO-IS will automatically get a copy for entry into AUXDATA.

Security Forms
The requirement for completing an SF86 Questionnaire for Direct Operational Security Clearance has changed. Do not submit an SF86 unless advised to do so as per below. If DIRAUX (Director of the Auxiliary) says you need an SF86, they will provide additional instructions. Questions to DIRAUX should be forwarded through your Flotilla Commander.
Auxiliarists who were going to serve in the following specialty areas were originally required to obtain a Favorable Direct Operational (DO) status from the CG Security Center (SECCEN):
Air Operations Air Crew program
Operations planning
Interpreters
CMDCEN/OPCEN/COMMS watch standing
Fixed/mobile radio facility operators
Port security Marine Safety & Security
CGAUX Health Care Volunteers (G-WK program supported by (COMDTINST 6010.2 dtd 21 Jan 03)
Of those from the above list, only Air Auxiliary members (shown in Red) and Auxiliary Elected officers (as defined by App D of the Auxiliary Manual) are still required to obtain DO Status. The remainder of the specialties listed revert automatically back to OS status unless your operational commander (or in the case of staff officers the DIRAUX or CHDIRAUX) deem the need for any Auxiliarist to obtain DO status. Individuals for whom a DO Status is required should contact the DIRAUX office for further instructions.
